Neil McCullagh

President

Neil has been working in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. After spending the first part of his career working in the public sector as a business and strategic planner, he transitioned to the private sector working in customer service and operations while progressing through a private investment firm that provided him an opportunity to work abroad, highlighted by 18 months in Hamburg, Germany.

In 2010 he joined Olympia and has been part of the management team in our Currency & Global Payments division since. In 2019 he was appointed Vice President and is focused on continuing to build our business through exceptional operations and outstanding customer service delivered by our exceptional team. Neil was appointed President of Olympia Currency & Global Payments Inc. on January 1st, 2024 and is excited to bring the Olympia experience to clients in new markets.  In his spare time he enjoys travelling, golf, and spending time with his family and friends.

Bryan McKenna

Vice President, Sales & Business Development

Bryan brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry to the Olympia Team. Before joining CGP Bryan was a Senior VP of one of North America’s largest land acquisition companies. Bryan oversaw a team of 40 dealing representatives first in Western Canada and then moved to Toronto Ontario to run the company’s Eastern operations. Bryan was responsible for day-to-day operations while building a team that managed over $455mm in assets. Bryan has traveled the globe to establish and maintain strategic partnerships that he developed throughout his career.

Peggy Chu

Vice President, Accounting

Before joining Olympia, Peggy spent more than 15 years in the Financial Services industry. Since joining Olympia in 2008 Peggy has applied her expertise in system development and enhancements to Olympia as well as performing financial analysis. She is also involved in a treasury role and preparing necessary reconciliation.

Peggy has a vast set of experiences managing accounting departments for various financial institutions in Canada and Hong Kong, works diligently to ensure all aspects of book keeping are compliant and accurate. Peggy enjoys travelling with her family to experience different cultures in different countries.

Jennifer Campbell

Vice President, Operations

With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jennifer brings with her a background in Project Management and Operations to the Olympia team.

Prior to joining Olympia, Jennifer actively managed the global operations of a private investment firm where she focused on the standardization of policies and practices in effort to improve and streamline international operational efficiencies. Responsible for a number of large scale projects, Jennifer will continue to drive performance, corporate training, and continuous improvement initiatives for Olympia Currency & Global Payments.

Kevin Fung

Chief Compliance Officer

Prior to joining Olympia in 2022, Kevin has spent much of his career working in Hong Kong for renowned investment banks. His expertise focused on the alternative sector with hedge funds and private equity funds.  He held various roles, ranging from operations, banking and custody and compliance.  He holds professional memberships with the International Compliance Association and ACAMS.
